A Blend of Traditions

Hawaiian BBQ emerged from the influence of various immigrant cultures in Hawaii on its Polynesian roots. Developing into its own cuisine unique to Hawaii, this style of cooking integrates locally relevant ingredients to incorporate all of Hawaii's historic influences into a new fusion cuisine.

Maui Hawaiian BBQ has been serving its own take on this iconic food since 2005. All marinades and sauces are made fresh, in house every day. We pride ourselves in the use of quality, fresh ingredients, prepared expertly, served hot — all for an affordable price.
